– Doddamadaiah (70), former Nanjangud City Municipal Council Member and a retired employee of the Revenue Department, passed away this morning at a private hospital in city following heart attack.

He leaves behind his wife, two sons, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were performed at Srirampura Burial Grounds here today.
