Dr. Ahmed K. Afzal (84), senior cardiologist and a resident of Siddarthanagar, passed away yesterday in city.

He leaves behind his wife Shaheen K. Afzal, daughters Seema and Sehar, son-in-law Manu and a host of relatives     and friends.

Namaz-e-Janaza was held today at Masjid-e-Azam on Ashoka Road followed by the burial at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle, according to sources.
