Dr. AVN’s book release in city on May 19

District Kannada Sahitya Parishat, Mysuru and Kannada Sahitya Kalakoota, Mysuru, have jointly organised a programme at Sri Yoganarasimhaswamy Temple in Vijayanagar 1st Stage in city on May 19 at 10.30 am to release the book ‘Itihasada Taregalu’ authored by renowned Indologist, former Chairman of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan (BVB), Mysuru and former Head of the Department of Ancient History and Archaeology, University of Mysore, Dr. A.V. Narasimhamurthy (AVN). Sri Yoganarasimhaswamy Temple Founder Nadoja Prof. Bhashyam Swamiji will release the book. Karnataka Sanskrit University retd. Vice-Chancellor Dr. Padma Shekar will speak about the book.

Former MLA and Vidya Vikas Educational Institution President Vasu will be the chief guest. District Kannada Sahitya Parishat Mysuru President Maddikere Gopal will preside. Kannada Sahitya Kalakoota Mysuru President M. Chandrashekar will deliver the keynote address.
