Dr. B.N. Raju (86), a private medical practitioner from Mysore Medical College, who was residing in Mysuru earlier, passed away at his residence in Bengaluru yesterday.

He leaves behind his wife Girija and sons Prasad Raju, Prashant Raju and Pravin Raju of Invensoft Technologies Pvt. Ltd. at Hebbal in Mysuru and a host of relatives and friends.

Dr. Raju had served in Kodagu for two years and later in Mandya. He had earned a name for his yeomen service to reach poor patients at any hour. Last rites were held in Bengaluru.
