Dr. B.R. Ambedkar and Vajpayee Urban Housing Schemes

Applications are invited from people residing in Mysuru City Corporation (MCC) limits to construct houses under Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Housing Scheme and Vajpayee Urban Housing Scheme.  The facility will be provided to those people having vacant sites in MCC limits but without houses. Priority will be given to women applicants who are either married or a widow.  51 houses for SC community people and 21 houses for ST community people will be constructed under Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Housing Scheme.

Under Vajpayee Urban Housing Scheme, 198 houses will be constructed for General Category people and 30 houses for Minority community people.  Eligible beneficiaries while submitting the applications must attach copies of title deed, sale deed, partition deed, Khata, BPL Ration Card with family members’ Aadhaar cards, voters ID, caste certificate, bank pass book, 2 recent passport size photos and income certificate.  Interested may submit their applications with relevant documents before Feb. 19. Nanjangud TMC: The Rajiv Gandhi Rural Housing Corporation has invited applications from people residing in Nanjangud Town Municipal Corporation (TMC) limits to construct houses under Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Housing Scheme and Vajpayee Urban Housing Scheme. Disabled people, Senior citizens, Widow and widowers are eligible to apply. The facility will be provided to homeless people who have vacant sites in Nanjangud TMC limits  and their annual income must be less than Rs. 87,000.

In all, 17 houses for SC community people and 7 houses for ST community people will be constructed under Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Housing Scheme while 66 houses will be constructed for General category people and 10 houses for Minority community people under Vajpayee Urban Housing Scheme.
