An sustained spell of medium-pace bowling by Vyshak Vijaykumar (6 for 23) helped KSCA President’s XI to bowl out Jharkhand State CA for 141 in 41.5 overs in their first essay and helped their team to take the upper-hand on the first day of the Group ‘D’ League in the Dr. Capt. K. Thimmappiah Memorial Tournament-2019 played at the SDNR Wadiyar Grounds here yesterday.
Winning the toss and electing to filed, bowlers of KSCA President’s XI, spearheaded by medium-pacer Vyshak Vijayakumar, bowled a probing line and struck in intervals to reduce Jharkhand CA to a total of 141 in 41.5 overs.
