Dr. Devaki N. Subraya Bhat, Associate Professor and Course Coordinator, Department of Molecular Biology,  Yuvaraja’s College, Mysuru, has received the prestigious INSA Teacher’s Award-2016 for her consistent and high level of teaching in the Science and Technology front, at Bhubaneswar during the Annual General Meeting of Indian National Science Academy (INSA).

The award was instituted in the year 2012 to honour and recognise teachers who have inspired students to take up career in science and techno-logy. The award carries a certificate of appreciation, Rs. 50,000 cash and a book grant of Rs.20,000.
