Dr. Ishwar Gilada’s opinion about Osho’s health mere assumption

Sir,

This refers to the two-part Interview of Dr. Ishwar S. Gilada, President of AIDS Society of India (ASI), published in Star of Mysore dated Jan. 7 and Jan. 8. Here I would like to clarify on Dr. Gilada’s comments about Osho Rajneesh.

When Osho was arrested on Oct. 29, 1985, at Oklahoma State, he was kept in 6 different jails for 12 days where his personal doctors Dr. Devageet and Dr. Amrito suspect that he was poisoned with thallium and exposed to radiation.

Those 12 days Osho’s body started losing resistance against diseases. The thallium poison cannot be detected in blood, saliva or semen, yet  Dr. Dhyan Yogi sent all the samples to a few countries.

The European experts in England and Germany have suggested the name of a certain poison, thallium. It is a poison of a family of poisons of heavy metals. It disappears from the body in eight weeks′ time but leaves its effects and destroys the body′s resistance against diseases. And all the symptoms that were mentioned are part of thallium poisoning.

His health started deteriorating and Osho started losing weight. His appetite decreased and was getting frequent fevers.

Millions of Osho followers all over the world were doctors and medical experts and they should be contacted before coming to conclusion. Osho was speaking about freeing the mind from sex and its perversions but he never orchestrated open sex. When one woman found HIV + in Oregon commune Osho spoke with his disciples about importance of monogamy.

I suggest Dr. Ishwar Gilada should visit Osho Meditation Resort, Pune and speak with the world’s best doctors who lived with Osho for 25-plus years who are still living and teaching in the Resort.
