Mysuru: Dr. K. Shankaregowda, a retired Adult Education Officer of the city, has been appointed as Mysuru District Ombudsman of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme (MNREGS).
Rural Development and Panchayat Raj Department Commissioner Upendra Pratap Singh has issued an order notifying the appointment of Dr. Shankaregowda. Dr. Shankaregowda will function from the MNREGS Office located in the ZP building. The public can lodge their complaints regarding MNERGS in person at his office or by calling Ph: 2526324.
