Mysore/Mysuru: Renowned Violin Maestro Dr. Mysore Manjunath, along with his talented son Sumanth Manjunath has been invited for a Violin Concert tour of Europe starting from the second week of July.
HKU University in Utrecht in the Netherlands, which is considered as one of the Foremost Universities in Europe, has invited Dr. Manjunath and Sumanth Manjunath for a Special International Music Workshop on Indian classical music. Dr. Mysore Manjunath, Cultural Ambassador from India, has a huge fan following in Europe and has created a sensation in many countries with his outstanding music virtuosity and excellence.
Well-known Mridanga Maestro B.C. Manjunath will be accompanying them on mridanga.
During their visit to Europe they will be performing special concerts and academic lecture demonstrations at some of the prestigious International Venues such as Amstelveen Platform in Amsterdam, Bürgerzentrum ehrenfeld in Cologne Germany, Vasa Auditorium in Gothenbourgh Sweden & Vavra Musik -och Kulturforening. As a very rare and special occasion, the duo will be performing special concerts at the renowned Greek Orthodoxe Church in Germany, Friesenberg Church in Switzerland and Doopsegezind Church in Rotterdam.
