Dr. V. Raghavendra (82), retired Professor of Mysore Medical College and a resident of Irwin Road, passed away this morning in city.

He leaves behind his wife V. Vasantha, daughters Jyothi and Rekha, son Dr. Hemanth and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this afternoon.
