Garbage dumped in front of Cadd Forum Office on Anikethana North Road, 3rd Cross in Kuvempunagar is not cleared and is lying there since a couple of days resulting in it getting decayed and emanating foul smell. Authorities concerned are urged to take steps to get the garbage removed.
