Rs. 2.32 lakh stake money seized
Mysore/Mysuru: The City Crime Branch (CCB) Police, who raided Mysuru Race Course following a tip off that a few individuals were indulging in separate betting illegally, have arrested eight persons and have seized Rs.2,32,910 stake amount from them.
The arrested are 52-year-old Vishwanath and 40-year-old Harish of K.R. Mohalla, 40-year-old Amin of Kankanadi in Mangaluru, 33-year-old Sunil Kumar of KBL Layout, 61-year-old C.N. Prakash of Robertsonpet in KGF, 28-year-old Srinivas of Mandi Mohalla, 34-year-old Shashikumar of Alanahalli and 46-year-old Shankar of Metagalli.
A case has been registered at Nazarbad Police Station.

Srikanth, SI Siddesh, ASI Puttaswamygowda and staff Kiran and Mohan, in the nabbing and seizing operation, according to a press release from the Public Relations Officer (PRO), City Police Commissioner’s Office, Mysuru.
