Parthasarathy, retired Divisional Financial Manager, was elected as President and G.S. Swaminathan, retired Personal Secretary and Advocate, as Vice-President of Railway Pensioners Welfare Association, Mysore, unanimously in the Working Committee meeting held on Oct.10, according to a press release.
