Elected as Fellow of KSTA

Mysore/Mysuru: Dr. Shobith Rangappa, Director of Adichunchanagiri Institute for Molecular Medicine, Adichunchanagiri University, Mandya, has been conferred as Fellow of Karnataka Science and Technology Association (KSTA) by the State Government for his contribution to Science and Technology. 

The award was presented to him by Science and Technology  Minister N.S. Boseraju and Prof.  A.H. Rajasab, Chairman of  KSTA recently. 

Prof. C.V. Yelamaggad, Retired Senior Scientist and Prof. Chandrakanth Kelmani of Gulbarga University were felicitated along with Dr. Shobith.

Dr. Shobith, son of former University of Mysore and KSOU Vice-Chancellor Prof. K.S. Rangappa, is a researcher and has over 100 research papers published in internationally reputed journals. He  holds over seven patents in cancer drug discovery.

He also has many State and National recognitions.
