Mysuru: The election to the Managing Committee of Muslim Co-operative Bank Ltd. was held at Vidyavardhaka College on Seshadri Iyer Road in city on Sunday.

The election to 12 members for the Managing Committee was held under the supervision of Co-operative Development Officer of Nanjangud Taluk C. Prasad, who was the Returning Officer.

Those elected are: Dr. Abdul Ravoof, Abdul Rahman Shariff, Ahmed Saleem Ahmed, Ifthekhar Ahmed Khan, Md Akram (Shan), Dr. Suriya Tarannum, Irfana Azmi, Rahmath Ulla Shariff, Md Abdus Salam, Ghulam Rabbani, Nisar Ahmed Khan and K.C Shoukath Pasha (elected unopposed). 

Later, Returning Officer C. Prasad distributed certificates to all the elected members while Chief Executive Officer of the Bank Md Khaleel Ulla Shariff garlanded the newly elected Directors of the Bank.
