The other office-bearers are: Anji Reddy Mettu (Vice-President), Dr. Sujit Kumar (Hon. Secretary), C. Halarameshwara (Joint Secretary), K.S.Govindaraju (Treasurer), Manoj M. Lodha (Immediate Past President), Governing Council Members: M. Sreenivasulu Reddy, I.K. Venugopal Reddy, T.G. Adisheshan and Sunil Gupta (as Founder Member). NAREDCO is an autonomous self-regulatory body under the aegis of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of India.
