Mysuru: K.Jayaprakash Rao of Mysuru, an International personality development trainer, author and freelance journalist, has been chosen as Zonal Chairman of Public Relations Council of India (PRCI) in the recently concluded Global Summit of PR Professionals and Communicators at Manipal University, Jaipur.
Rao was also honoured with a National Excellence Award for his lifetime contribution to the field.
He had served as chief PRO of ADA, a premier design centre of Combat Vehicle which produced LCA [Tejas] and Regional PRO of DRDO, New Delhi.
A recipient of many national-level awards for training, PR and literature, he has conducted more than 500 leadership courses for the youth in Karnataka and outside. His Agniya Rekkegalu and Kalam Jeevana Dharma, both Kannada books, are very popular among the youths.
