H.D. Kote: A herd of wild elephants, which raided a banana plantation, has destroyed the plantation at Kallahatti (G.M. Halli) in H.D. Kote.
The plantation belonged to farmers Santosh and Nijaguna. The elephants have also destroyed ginger crops causing losses to the farmers.
