Employers’ Federation to host HR Conclave in city on Nov. 25

Mysore/Mysuru: The Employers’ Federation of Southern India (EFSI), Karnataka branch, is organising a HR Conclave on the theme “Samasti – Inclusiveness – HR Parley – 2023” at Shri Dharmasthala Manjunatheshwara Institute for Management Development (SDM-IMD), Chamundi Hill Road here on Nov. 25.

Padma Shri awardee, Mylswamy Annadurai, former ISRO Director and Chandrayan 1 Project Director will deliver the inaugural address at 9.15 am.

Keynote address will be delivered by Shantanu Roy, Chairman and Managing Director, Bharat Earth Movers Limited.

Welcome address will be delivered by Thyagu Valliappa, Vice-Chairman, Karnataka Committee, EFSI & Executive Director, Sona Valliappa Group; Theme address by Dr. N. Muthukumar, President, EFSI and President & COO, India Leader: Cummins-Meritor.

The objective of this conclave is to enable HR Heads, Operational Heads, Senior HR/IR /Legal /Personnel/Line managers who are involved in the employee engagement/Relations activities to gain more knowledge and update themselves in the subject.

From Academic Institutions, Faculty Members and Students pursing HR discipline have been invited to gain insight into the emerging HR field which is full of challenges ahead. 

Leading CEOs will share their expectations from HR in the changing Business Models while eminent HR Leaders from different fields including the Digital tools will be sharing their knowledge and experience and perspectives with the participants.

The HR Conclave will have four sessions on the following topics: CEOs’ Expectations from HR Leaders, Digital HR & Impact of AI – Way Forward, Current Labour issues and Challenges of collective bargaining in future and Emerging HR Trends.
