Mysuru: The TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), Mysuru Chapter, has launched the 7th edition of the TiE U Programme 2025, a prestigious global accelerator aimed at transforming college students’ innovative ideas into market-ready start-ups.
Applications are now open and will be accepted until May 31, 2025. It is a six-month entrepreneurship initiative led by TiE Global, offering students structured masterclasses, mentorship and investment readiness training, while also providing exclusive networking opportunities.
The initiative features chapter-level mentoring, regional pitch competitions and the chance to compete on a global stage at TiE Global Summit 2025. The TiE U 2025 accepts applications in two tracks:
Pre-revenue track: For college students with a validated start-up idea, a basic prototype and early customer validation. Revenue must be below $5,000.
Revenue track: For start-ups already generating income. Applicants must have a real product, early customers and revenue starting at $5,000 for Eastern Chapters and $25,000 for Western Chapters.
TiE U alumni can reapply, except for past chapter winners. Selected start-ups will gain access to structured masterclasses and workshops, mentorship by experienced entrepreneurs, investor connections and market access.
In addition, they will secure the prize money and in-kind awards and it is a golden ticket to the Rice Business Plan Competition and exclusive entry into the TiE U alumni network.
The TiE Mysuru Chapter will award up to Rs. 2.5 lakh to the winners of the chapter-level pitch competition, alongside one-on-one mentorship and incubation support. Chapter winners will also advance to the global competition, where they can win prize money between $50,000 and $1,00,000.
Finalists will enjoy a complimentary TiE Mysuru Student Membership for one year, granting access to a thriving community of entrepreneurs, investors and industry leaders. Interested can register at TiE Mysuru Registration Portal. The deadline to apply is May 31, 2025.
