Excel Public School bags Overall Championship

Mysore/Mysuru: Zeal… English Inter-School Literary Competition was inaugurated at St. Joseph’s Central School in Vijayanagar here on Nov.11.

Sujatha Rajpal, Freelance writer and author, was the chief guest. Rev. Fr. Vijay Kumar, Secretary, Mysore Diocesan Educational Society (MDES), presided. Joyce Lobo, CEO, St. Joseph’s Educational                      Institutions, was the guest of honour.

The prizes were given along with participation certificates to the students of various schools. The Overall Championship was bagged by Excel Public School, Mysuru.

These competitions were held to inculcate love for literature and encourage reading habit among students.
