The Women and Child Welfare Department has invited entries from children aged between 9 and 16 years for presentation of Hoysala and Keladi Chennamma Awards at the district-level.
Children, who have shown exemplary achievement in any field (Innovation, Social Service, Music, etc.) can send their entry along with supporting records and age proof, duly attested by a Gazetted Officer.
The prescribed application forms can be collected from the Department Office located on High-Tension Road, Krishnadevaraya Circle, Vijayanagar 2nd Stage. The filled-in application form should be submitted in duplicate before Feb.17.
