Nehru Yuva Kendra, Mysuru, coming under the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, has invited entries from youth organisations, for awarding Best Youth Association of the District (2019-20). The award carries a cash prize of Rs. 25,000 and a certificate. Interested youth associations are required to submit certificates, photos and press clippings regarding their voluntary services carried out for community development through sports activities, cultural programmes, health and family welfare, environmental programmes etc. during Apr. 1, 2019 to Mar. 31, 2020. The last date for applying is Nov. 2, 2020 before 5 pm. Youth associations selected in the district-level would be sent to participate in the State-level competitions.
