Mysore/Mysuru: Mysuru Dasara Film Festival Sub-Committee-2025 has invited entries for the short film competition.
The short film should be of 10-minute duration including the title and have been produced between Nov. 2024 – Aug. 25. The films irrespective of language are eligible for entry. The video of the film should be submitted before Aug. 26.
The film should have been uploaded in MP4 format on Google Drive and the link should have been mentioned in the application. For details contact E. Shreyas on Mob: 74115-64510.
The top three films will be considered for the award, along with awards given in the categories of Best Editing and Best Cinematography.
The award carries a cash prize and certificate. Besides, all the entries will be given a Certificate of Appreciation.
The decision of juries is final, and the award-winning films and best films will be screened at INOX Multiplex. Those films selected for screening should be submitted in DCP format.
The Sub-Committee holds the right to reject the films not fulfilling the conditions and rules, stated a press release from the Secretary of Film Festival Sub-Committee T.K. Harish, Assistant Director, Information and Public Relations Department.
