As part of International Women’s Day (IWD), the Department of Women and Child Development has invited applications for Nari Shakti Puraskar from eligible candidates and organisations who have served in the field for a minimum of five years with exceptional work towards the cause of women empowerment. Organisations and associations serving within the country may apply. Candidates in individual category should be above 25 years of age. Applications may be submitted online by logging onto website https://wcd.nic.in/schemes/nari-shakti-puraskar. Last date to submit applications is Jan. 31.
