125th Birth Centenary of renowned violinist Mysore T. Chowdiah, day-long music festival – Artistes will present compositions of T. Chowdiah, Vid. A. Chandan Kumar, a renowned flautist, great grandson of T. Chowdiah, renders compositions of Chowdiah, accompanied by Keshav Mohan Kumar (violin) and Vid. G.S. Ramanujan (mridanga), 4 pm; violin recital by Vid. Mysore M. Nagaraj and Vid. Mysore N. Kartik, accompanied by Vid. Tumkur B. Ravishankar (mridanga) and Vid. Giridhar Udupa (ghata), Ganabharathi, Kuvempunagar, 6 pm to 8 pm. [Event will also be available live in Ganabharathi YouTube channel and Facebook page].
