‘Ratnakar  Nenapu’, a programme in memory of late actor and comedian Ratnakar, MLA T.S. Srivatsa, Acting Mayor Shivakumar,  former MPVL Chairman Raghu R. Kautilya and others will  participate in the programme, Sri Nadabramha Sangeetha Sabha, JLB Road, 6 pm.
