Revanna presides, hoisting of National flag, procession on Chamaraja Double Road up to Ramaswamy Circle where the Ramaswamy Memorial plaque will be garlanded and returning to the Venue, Freedom Fighters Memorial Hall, Subbarayanakere, 10.30 am.
