Mahadevappa inaugurates in the presence of Chief Minister Siddharamaiah, Animal Husbandry Minister K. Venkatesh guest of honour, Chamaraja MLA K. Harishgowda presides, Mayor Shivakumar, MP Pratap Simha, Sreenivasa Prasad and Sumalatha Ambarish chief guests, Kalamandira, Hunsur Road, 12.30 pm.
