Mysore/Mysuru: St. Philomena’s College (Autonomous) celebrated its Graduation Day on July 8 at the College’s indoor stadium.
Former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Mysore Prof. S.N. Hegde, who was the chief guest, highlighted the significance of being a graduate, emphasised the continuous nature of learning and the role of dedicated teachers in shaping responsible citizens.
He called upon the graduates to face challenges and not shy away from them.
Rev. Dr. Bernard Prakash, Rector, St. Philomena’s Institutes, who presided, asked the graduates to make informed choices, be accountable, responsible and cultivate maturity.
