The following students of Acharya Vidya Kula, Mysuru, have excelled in Karate and Stick Fighting:
Sanika of Class VII participated in the 20th Shorin Kai National Karate Championship organised by Okinowa Karate Do Shorin Kai and has won first place in Individual Kata Black Belt 12-13 years Category. She has also secured II place in Individual Kumite event.
M.P. Reetu of Class VIII participated in 5th State-level Stick Fighting Tournament – 2019 organised by Karnataka Sports Silambam Association and has secured I place in Stick Fight in 13 years Category.
She has also emerged as the winner in Stick Swing 12-13 years category.
