Mysore/Mysuru: An exhibition of Collage Artworks of late Prof. S. Srinivasa Kumar, an educationist and a collage artist, is arranged by city-based Mysore Art Gallery on Oct. 11  at its premises on 12th Cross, Ramanuja Road here.

Prof. Vijaya Rao, Head, Art – History Department of Chamarajendra Academy of Visual Arts (CAVA), Mysuru, will inaugurate the exhibition at 10.30 am.

On the occasion, an album of Collage Arts and Colour Paintings ‘Kolavachi’ of late Prof. Srinivasa Kumar will be released by the chief guest, retired Police Officer J.B. Rangaswamy. 

Gallery President – Sculptor L. Shivalingappa will preside. Karnataka Muktaka Sahitya Academy-Mysuru President S. Ramaprasad will be present on the occasion.

The exhibition will be kept open for public from Oct. 11 to 13 from 10.30 am to 1 pm and 4.30 pm to 7.30 pm. Those visiting the expo must wear face mask and maintain social distance at the venue, according to a press release from Gallery Secretary Dr. Jamuna Rani V. Mirle.
