In view of CRS inspection of Nelamangala-Shravanabelagola section and for commissioning of three block stations between Hassan and Shravanabelagola, partial cancellation of Train No. 56216/56215, Mysuru-Shravanabelagola-Mysuru Passenger between Hassan-Shravanabelagola-Hassan is extended upto Mar. 15.

Temporary augmentation

To clear extra rush of passengers, Railway has augmented Train No. 17225/17226, Vijayawada-Hubballi-Vijayawada Amaravathi Express temporarily with ONE second class sleeper coach with effect from Mar.1 to May 31 from Vijayawada end and with effect from Mar. 2 to June 1 from Hubballi end.  

The revised train composition  has 16 coaches instead of 15, comprising one AC 2-tier coach, one AC 3-tier coach, seven second class sleeper coaches, five general second class coaches and two second class luggage-cum-brakevan coaches.

Temporary stoppage

Train No.56925/56926 KSR Bengaluru – Tumakuru – KSR Bengaluru Fast Passenger is provided with  temporary stoppage at Malleswaram for a period of six months with effect  from Mar.7 to Sept.6, on an experimental basis.

Train No.56925, KSR Bengaluru – Tumakuru Fast Passenger will arrive at Malleswaram at 05.35 hrs and depart at  05.36 hrs.

Train No.56926, Tumakuru- KSR Bengaluru Fast Passenger will arrive at Malleswaram at 09.26 hrs and depart at 09.28 hrs, according to a press release from the Chief Public Relations Officer,  SWR, Hubballi.
