Farooq Shariff (58), a teacher at Yalachanahalli Government School and a resident of Mohammed Sait Block in city, passed away yesterday following brief illness.
He leaves behind his wife, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites will be held at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle today.
