Fashion house ‘The Open Trunk’ comes to city

Bringing some unusual designs to the royal city, ‘The Open Trunk’ will be holding an all-day show with designer wear from across the country at Hotel Southern Star in Mysuru on June 21 from 11 am onwards. The 2nd edition of their pop up event will be hosted by Krupa Sumanth, CEO and Founder of Impressionz.

From a specially curated collection of sarees from Vijayalakshmi Silks, clothing from IKAI, Punit Balana, Masaba, Mandira Bedi & Ravi Bhalotia’s Aarbee collection to some trending accessories from Amrapali and Gossip, this Show is destined to be like none other.

Also, the fashion house will be presenting a collection from its in-house label called ‘ADIRITI,’ a platform for young and talented designers. ‘The Open Trunk’ allocates funds to nurture creative minds to make designs exclusively for the brand and helps them sell under the label ‘ADIRITI’.

“Focusing on bringing together a variety of traditional outfits and designs under one roof, the pop up aims to give the people of Mysuru designs that blend the new with the traditional, trends with elegance and celebrates Indian designs and fabrics at its best,” said  Deepa Reddy, Founder, ‘The Open Trunk.’

In its quest for the best, ‘The Open Trunk’ collaborates with established as well as upcoming designers. They opened their first store in Bengaluru last year.
