FDP on DSP Laboratory and MATLAB Simulink held

Mysuru: The Department of Electrical Electronics Engineering, NIEIT, Mysuru, had organised a three-day Faculty Development Programme (FDP) on “Introduction to DSP Laboratory & MATLAB Simulink” at its premises in Koorgalli recently.

Dr. Narasimha Kaulgud, Professor, Department of E&C, NIE, who was the chief guest, inaugurated the FDP by lighting the lamp. Guest of honour G.P. Satish, Managing Director, Balaji Autotech Pvt.Ltd., Mysuru, dwelt on how to bridge the gap between the industry and the institute which can ultimately help in the development of the nation.

Prof. T. Ananthapadmanabha, Principal, presided  and emphasised on the relevance of digital signal processing in all disciplines.

Dr. Usha Surendra, Convenor, welcomed. M. Malathi, Co-ordinator, briefed about the programme. S. Srinivas, Co-ordinator, proposed a vote of thanks.  S. Divya, Assistant Professor, Department of E&EE, compered.
