Mysuru: Ayurveda Prachara Parishat Trust and District Unit of Kannada Sahitya Parishat will be felicitating JSS Ayurveda College Professor Dr. B. Gurubasavaraj at a programme organised on Sept. 28 at 5 pm at Kannada Sahitya Parishat auditorium in city.
Dr. Gurubasavaraj is an outstanding Ayurveda Professor and recently Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS) has accorded him Best Teacher Award. Former Minister M. Shivanna will inaugurate the felicitation programme. Critic Prof. Maleyuru Guruswamy and Dr. M.G.R Urs of Chutuku Sahitya Parishat will address. Diabetician Dr. V. Lakshminarayan, Chutuku Sahitya Parishat’s Central Committee Organising Secretary M. Chandrashekar and Freedom Fighter Dr. M.G. Krishnamurthy will be the chief guests. District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President Dr. Y.D. Rajanna will preside, according to a press release from M. Savitha Urs, Office Secretary of Ayurveda Prachara Parishat Trust.
