Felicitation to NCC Cadets at Suttur Mutt tomorrow

JSS Mahavidyapeetha, Mysuru, has organised a programme on Apr. 20  at 4 pm at Suttur Mutt in city to felicitate NCC Cadets of Mysuru Group who participated in National-level camps and competitions.   Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji will grace the occasion. Col. Rohith Thakur, Group Commander, HQ NCC Group Mysuru, will be the chief guest. Officers of Mysuru Group, Units and Colleges, Parents and Cadets will take part in the programme.

In all, 69 NCC cadets who participated in the 75th Republic Day Camp at New Delhi, Thal Sainik Camp, Vayu Sainik Camp, Nau Sainik Camp, Yachting & Regatta Camp and Inter- Directorate Services Shooting Championship will be felicitated. Out of these 69, 22 cadets who participated in R-Day Parade on Jan. 26 are from Mysuru Group, according to a press release from Prof. B.V. Sambashivaiah, Chief Executive, JSS College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Ooty Road, Mysuru.
