The Department of Information and Public Relations has invited applications from film producers to provide financial assistance through the Seva Sindhu Portal. Financial assistance will be provided to those film producers who have produced a movie in Kannada and any regional languages of Karnataka in 2019 calendar year. The produced movie should have received censor certificate from Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) dated between Jan. 1, 2019 and Dec. 31, 2019.

Interested film producersmay submit online applications via:  https://sevasindhuservices.karnataka.gov.in/ by submitting necessary documents and paying Rs. 10,647 fee before August 8.  The copy of filled-in application along with 10 copies of fee payment receipt, censor certificate and two Blu-ray discs and the production house details in their letter head must be submitted in-person at the Department Head Office at No. 17, ‘VarthaSoudha,’ Bhagavan Mahaveer Road (Infantry Road), Bengaluru, before Aug. 18.

Submission via courier, post or e-mail will not be entertained, according to a press release from the Department Commissioner Dr. P.S. Harsha.
