“Find Your Mojo” contest winners

Mysuru: The finale of “Find Your Mojo” contest aimed at encouraging youth to explore their passion in life and nurture their hidden talent was held at MYRA School of Business in Yelwal recently.

The contest conceived and pioneered by MYRA Founder-Chairperson Prof. Shalini Urs and Prof. D. Shrijay Devaraj Urs ran over a period of three months since June 2018 and witnessed 254 contestants from 39 institutions across Mysuru registering initially. Out of this, 150 contestants actually submitted their interest and after two rounds of competition, 46 contestants made it to the pre-finals, among which 12 finally made it to the grand finale.

Ojas Balluru from Maharshi Public School won the first prize (Rs.25,000); Dinesh Venkatesh from Podar International School won second prize (Rs.15,000), followed by two third prizes which were won by S. Kushi from St. Joseph’s High School, Jayalakshmipuram and M. Rhea of St. Joseph’s Central School, Vijayanagar (Rs.10,000). Winners received prizes from Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar.
