Mysore/Mysuru: The maiden Flag Day of Department of Fire and Emergency Services was celebrated at the Parade Grounds at Saraswathipuram Fire Station in the city recently.
Orthopaedic Surgeon Dr. T. Madhusudhan, who inaugurated the programme, advised the Fire and Emergency Services officers and personnel, to maintain a good health. As the Fire Department personnel work round-the-clock and attend to fire mishaps, they should have a concern towards their health. They should undergo health check up.
Regional Fire Officer P. Chandan, District Fire Officer K.P. Gururaj, Hassan District Fire Officer K.P. Naveen Kumar, Madikeri District Fire Officer Chandrashekar Bhandari, Hebbal Fire Station Officer G. Lakshmikanth Yadav and Kollegal Fire Station Officer Harish were present.
