Five held for burgling temple hundis, lifting bikes

Mysore/Mysuru: Jayalakshmipuram Police have arrested five persons on charges of burgling temple hundis, stealing bikes and have recovered Rs. 18,950 cash and four bikes worth Rs. 3.20 lakh from them.

Following their arrest, the Police have solved hundi theft cases in Nazarbad and Jayalakshmipuram Police limits and one bike lifting case each in Jayalakshmipuram and Channarayapatna Police Stations and two cases in Holenarasipur Police Station.

Sub-Division ACP Ashwathnarayan guided Jayalakshmipuram Inspector Kumar, Sub-Inspector Prabhuraj, ASI Jayarama and staff                                                                              Abhishek Benjamin, Srinivas, Suresh, Devaraju, Amasidda Khota, Kantharaju, Bharath Kumar, Suma and Technical Division staff Kumar and Manju in the nabbing and recovery operation.
