FK Irani Memorial Volleyball and Kho-Kho Tournament held

Mysuru: The 37th edition of  two-day F.K. Irani Memorial Volleyball and Kho-Kho Tournament was organised by Ideal Jawa Rotary School  in city recently.

The tournament featured a total of 1,400 students from 108 teams from various Higher Primary and High Schools showcasing sportsmanship, teamwork and physical fitness.

Higher Primary School

Volleyball

Boys — Winners: Vidyavardhaka Sangha BM Sri School; Runners: Pramati Hill View School; Best Player: M. Adarsha, Pramati School.

Girls — Winners: Teresian School; Runners: Pramati Hill View School; Best Player: J. Dhanya Shree, Teresian School.

Kho-Kho

Boys — Winners: Annayappa Bhyraveshwara School; Runners: Ideal Jawa Rotary School; Best Dodger: Shivaraju, Annayappa School; Best Chaser: Poorvaj Gowda, Ideal Jawa Rotary School; Best Player: Nataraj, Annayappa School.

Girls — Winners: Teresian School; Runners: Eshwar Vidyalaya; Best Dodger: Inchara, Eshwar Vidyalaya; Best Chaser: Vaishnavi, Teresian School; Best Player: Karunya, Teresian School.

High School Section

Boys — Winners: Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala; Runners: Police Public School; Best Player:  P. Tejas, Vijaya Vittala Vidyashala.

Kho-Kho

Boys — Winners: East West International School; Runners: Hari Vidyalaya, CBSE; Best Dodger: Shreyas, East West School; Best Chaser: Ganesh, Hari Vidyalaya; Best Player: Yashas Gowda, East West  School.

Girls — Winners: K. Puttaswamy School; Runners: Hari Vidyalaya, CBSE; Best Dodger: Divya, K. Puttaswamy School; Best Chaser: Jaya Lakshmi, Hari Vidyalaya School; Best Player: Jayashree, K. Puttaswamy School.
