Flybus needs maintenance

I happened to travel last week from KIA to Mysuru by late night KSRTC Flybus (KA 57 F 2885). I had arrived 45 mins earlier to the departure, but the bus already had 15 passengers boarded and taking rest.

The bus was switched off and air conditioning was not turned on. After many people requested to turn on the system, the driver did do only 5 minutes before beginning the journey.

The bus has got cockroaches roaming around and stinking atmosphere which translates to non-maintaining of the bus interiors.

When I complained to the conductor, he casually told us that he had himself spent Rs. 150 towards the pest control but was of no use. Further he added that the passengers have food which is the prime reason for the breeding of cockroaches inside the coach.

Imagine KSRTC having premium services and getting such horrible service for 4 hour travel. One can check google reviews for the same where a lot of people have complained of stinking atmosphere inside the bus while travelling.

I request the KSRTC officials to look into the premium service offering.
