Forest Guard injured in road accident

Mysuru/Mysore: Following a collision between a two-wheeler and a KSRTC bus, a Forest Guard suffered serious injury to his left leg.

The injured Forest Guard is Ganesh, who works in Hunsur Forest Range. He was on his way to attend an awareness programme on prevention of forest fire on his two-wheeler when a KSRTC bus coming from Kachivinahalli collided head-on with the two-wheeler.

He was rushed to Hanagod Government Hospital, where he was provided first-aid and was later shifted to a private hospital in Mysuru for further treatment.
