Bengaluru: T. Srinivasulu (80), former Director General and Inspector General of Police (DG&IGP) of Karnataka, passed away at a private hospital in Bengaluru early this morning following brief illness.
Srinivasulu, a 1964 batch IPS Officer, was a native of Kurnool in neighbouring Andhra Pradesh. He had served as Karnataka DG&IGP in thelate nineties.
His last rites will be performed at Kalpalli Crematorium in Bengaluru later this evening, according to Police sources.
Former IPS Officer S.C. Saxena
Former IPS Officer S.C. Saxena (70) passed away at a private Hospital in Bengaluru on Wednesday following brief illness.
Saxena was a 1976 batch IPS officer of Karnataka cadre and had served the State for over three decades.
Last rites were held at Hebbal crematorium yesterday.
