Bengaluru: Vijayamma (69), wife of former Legislative Assembly Speaker K.R. Ramesh Kumar, passed away on Friday afternoon at Victoria Hospital in Bengaluru following brief illness. She was admitted to the Hospital on Wednesday after her health deteriorated.
She leaves behind her husband, one son, one daughter, grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai, Leader of the Opposition and former CM Siddharamaiah and other dignitaries have condoled the death of Vijayamma.
