Mysuru: Minister for Urban Development and Haj R. Roshan Baig will lay the foundation for the fencing of Eidgah Maidan at Tilak Nagar here tomorrow at 11 am.

In a press release, Suhail Baig, Corporator and Member of Karnataka State Haj Committee has stated that Sir Khazi of Mysuru Hazrath Moulana Mohamed Usman Shariff Saheb will grace the occasion and MLA Vasu will preside.

The release further states that Primary and Secondary Education Minister Tanveer Sait and District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevapppa will be the chief guests. Sufi Alama Hazrath Moulana Mohamed Anwaar Ahmed, General Secretary of Azeezia Educational Trust Nizami, MUDA Chairman D. Dhurvakumar, former Mayor and Corporator Ayub Khan, Mysore District Waqf Advisory Committee Chairman Ariff A. Mehkri,  Administrator and Managing Committee Member of Eidgah Maidan Syed Mujeeb Ulla Zafari, Congress Leader Abdul Azeez     alias Abdulla and others will be present.

Mysore Urban Development Authority (MUDA) has sanctioned Rs.75 lakh to install iron fencing at Eidgah Maidan.
