Mysuru/Mysore: The foundation stone for Azeez-Ur-Rehaman Arabic Madries was laid by Anwar Pasha, Secretary of Majlis Rifha-ul-Muslimeen Apna Ghar at Hazarath Haleem Basha Khadree Darga Shariff premises at Haleemnagar in Bannimantap recently.
The Madries building coming up on 20×30 site will have a ground and first floor and is being built at a cost of Rs. 10 lakh sanctioned by MLA Tanveer Sait under Minority Department.
Moulana Afsar Azeezi of Masjid Akbarie Khateeb at Haleemnagar and Imam Moulana Mohd. Sadiq read Duwa and Fatha Khani. Management Committee Treasurer Awaiz Pasha introduced the guests and Joint Secretary Abdul Jabbar explained the yeomen services of former Minister late Azeez Sait and former Corporator and Founder-President of Darga Committee late Rehaman Shariff besides thanking MLA Tanveer Sait for the fund.
President of the Dargah Committee Imtiyaz Pasha proposed vote of thanks. S. Shafi, Ibrahim, Mohammed Mumtaz Ahmed, Abrar Ahmed, Haji Kaleem Ahmed, Hafiz Nasir Ahmed, Nasir Ahmed, Social workers Mubarak and Mirza Jamsheed, Baig Ashrafi and others were present.
